For long term storage, videos should be stored on Ensemble or YouTube. Register for an On Demand Training workshop on either system. Use the steps below to download your videos from the Zoom Cloud.

If you have used the Zoom integration in MyCourses to host your Zoom meetings, you can access and download your Zoom Cloud recordings from the same area. If you are scheduling your meetings via the Zoom website, you will need to access your recordings there as well.

If that is the case, can I switch to paid version and recover my videos? Cloud recording is only available on paid plans. When you downgrade to a free plan your cloud recordings stay on the backend with Zoom and are available again to you if you ever decide to upgrade you plan again.
